My fiance and I decided that it was time to purchase our first home so we met with Joan and started touring houses. She quickly learned what we liked and what we did not like. She offered feedback on every house that we looked at, both things that she saw as positive and things that she saw as possible negative aspects to the home. She was always available and willing to work around our busy schedules. She never showed us anything that was above our preferred price range. She was never pushy and she never rushed us through anything. Once we found the house, she was with us all the way through the closing. Joan still checks on us and our home and offers her services whenever they are needed. We could not have asked for a better realtor. She made our first house-buying experience truly amazing.

We enjoyed working with Joan from start to finish and I have already recommended her to close friends who will be moving soon. She was extremely organized and made looking at homes fun and stress free. Joan had many valuable tools for us to keep track of homes we saw and homes we still wanted to see. She was able to email me homes for sale in neighborhoods that we had our eye on and that helped tremendously to narrow down the search before we actually went out looking.

We met Joan Boudreau a year and a half ago when we put our house in Atlanta on the market and planned to move to Cumming, Georgia. Initially, her professionalism and personality won us over, and we called her as soon as we were ready to show our house. Before meeting her, we had thought about trying to market the house ourselves. Joan proved to us immediately what a big mistake that would have been.
She worked tirelessly, using every marketing technique available to her to sell our property. Her knowledge in her field made everything so easy for us. I later recommended Joan to my daughter knowing full well that she would give her the same guidance she gave us.
